Courses for Teens
(Ages 11 and older)

We have two courses designed for Teens ages 11 and older. Please note that you will need to attend all the sessions for the course you signed up for and there will be assignments that need to be completed after each class. All courses will be held live via ZOOM.

COURSE 01

Class Description: A guide for navigating the teen years, "Buddha in My Backpack" is for young people who want to learn more about Buddhism or for those who simply want to understand what’s going on inside themselves and in the world around them.
